Join me for a Nia Playshop to deepen your connection to your body and ignite your spirit.

There is a direct correlation between what lies 'inside' you, your energy, your thoughts, beliefs, subconscious behaviours and the way you experience what appears to be happening externally.

During this Playshop we will somatically explore the 7 main energy centers of your body – the Chakra System. You will be gently guided into your body, through simple movements to deepen your awareness of your energy centers and enhancing your understanding of your own body's wisdom.

We will be tendering to the beautiful inner journey you are on, dancing yourself into a more embodied connection, and opening to authentic possibilities. You will leave with an expanded sense of self-awareness and enhanced direction in your life.

This playshop will include somatic exploration, a Nia class and meditation. 
No prior Nia experience necessary!

Cost: $40 before the day, $55 on the day.
